I have had the good fortune to meet and learn from some wonderful mentors.  One thing I have learned is that this moment is it – that through this moment we can connect to all moments, and live in appreciation and connection to the mystery and magic of the world around us.  And that each step  taken in awareness can be an opening to grace and to heart.  

The Mindfulness Retreats offer a time to recognize and quiet the chatter of the mind and open to the gift of the present moment.  Mindfulness is cultivated through deep relaxation, meditation, walking and eating practice, and gentle movements.
